Matcha White Choc Protein Balls Recipe

MATCHA WHITE CHOC PROTEIN BALLS

PROTEIN BALLS:
1 cup (120g) coconut flour
1 cup (120g) vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp (12g) @matchayutea Everyday Matcha
1/2 cup (125g) runny almond butter
1/4 cup (85g) sugar free syrup
Optional almond milk/water if mixture is too loose

CHOC TOPPING:
1/3 cup (65g) dairy free white choc chips
1 tsp coconut oil

STEPS:

Mix all protein ball ingredients until a dough consistency forms. You may need to add splashes of almond milk or water until desired texture is reached.

Melt choc chips + coconut oil in the microwave in 30s intervals, then drizzle over the protein balls and set in fridge to harden!
