THIS EVERYDAY MATCHA:
- Is bright green in colour, earthy, rich in flavour and smooth to drink with minimal bitterness
- Is made from a blend of first harvest (picked in May) tea leaves grown in Kagoshima, Kyushu Island, Japan. The first tea harvest (known as first flush) of the season is when the youngest and freshest leaves are picked for use.
- Is Tsuyuhikari cultivar which is known for its umami taste creating a balanced flavour and vibrant colour.
- Is perfect for everyday use: to drink on its own, with milk for a Matcha latte or for gourmet cooking purposes.

How to Use
How to Use
- To use for the 1st time, remove plastic tab in battery compartment.
- Place the rounded whisk end into water or milk making sure it is submerged
- Turn on and hold in liquid for around 20-30 secs until Matcha is dissolved or Milk is frothy. You can hold still or circulate the whisk as desired.
- Switch off before removing from liquid to avoid splashes.

Hand Wash Whisk End in Warm Water and Air Dry. Don't let the battery end of whisk come in contact with water.
Matcha Latte Recipe
Matcha Latte Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 teaspoon of Matcha (2g)
- 1 teaspoon of Honey / Maple Syrup (optional)
- 50ml hot water (max 80°C)
- 100ml of Milk of your choice
METHOD:
- Push Matcha through a tea sieve into a cup to make the powder extra fine
- Add water to the Matcha powder, then use electric whisk until smooth and clump-free.
- Heat Milk on the stovetop or in milk frother (For Iced used chilled milk)
- Pour Matcha mixture into milk
- Add Sweetener (optional
